While being overweight for the last 33 years, and have to take BP medicine, I felt the need to become healthier, I have been married for 34 years, mother of 2 beautiful daughters 33 and 28, and 5 wonderful grandchildren, 5 and under. I wanted to become healthier and be around for a long time and be able to go for walks and bike rides with themI have had lap-band surgery on the 29th of July and have lost 15 pounds already, really happy with the decision.Now I am afraid to start the diet of purged foods, Yesterday was the first day of the purge, and I did not feel well at all. I am looking for some help and maybe even a diet plan to start with, I have the list of protien that I need to eat and the instructions to follow, but I am unsure on to get all the protein in and all the fluid at the same time.So If anyone has a menu or suggestions I would greatly appreaciate it.
