After having tried many diets over my lifetime and having some weight loss success but gaining all the weight back and then some each time, I'm beginning to investigate lap band surgery. I have a lot of questions.
3/10/10 - surgery date
6/25/12 - 3 years, 3 months and some odd days later, weight loss is 45 lbs and holding. Would I do it again? Probably. I've been able to keep 45ish pounds off for over 2 years instead of the steady weight gain I was experiencing before surgery. Would I like to lose more weight? Yes. This surgery is not the end of dieting. I fooled myself into believing that it was. I need to get my head around that thought and get back on the diet train. It never ends.
