Thank you all!! I'm glad to see I'm not alone in this feeling. I actally have an appt in the AM and I'm hoping for a fill and possibly a meeting with the nutritionist. I did read about that 5 day pouch test I may need to try it. I'm also curious about the hypnosis did you guys find it helpful?

I am 2 year post op I lost 70lbs and gained 30 back. I work full time and recently started back at school so I don't have much time to workout like I was. And my diet is all over the place. Has anyone else has this issue? If so how did you get back on track.

How much time did it actually take before getting the procedure done?

Hello all I'm almost 4 months post op and I have lost 40lbs so far. But I haven't exercised @ all yet :-( I can only imagine how much weight I might have lost had I exercised. I also work full time and have a baby to take care of when I get home. How do you busy moms find time to exercise? I desperatly need advise lol or maybe some helpfull tips.

Hi lil missy I was down 26lbs @ 6 weeks pot op....I don't see how someone won't loose on the post op diet lol -

Oh wow I didn't know they do it there. I was banded on 8/27 (tomorrow makes 2 weeks) @ Jeans. WOW you only have a few days left I bet your excited.
