    08/25/10 1. Subway Breakfast muffin and apple slices 2. Rice Cakes 3. Kashi almond Bar 4. SF pudding 5. Finally real food at 5pm! Chicken Tenders 6. More chicken tenders hehe and vitamins Total Eaten= 1341 Burned= 4665, Cardio and lifted tonight

    08/24/10 1. Oatmeal 2. Chicken Tenders 3. Salad with Chicken breast, SF Pudding 4. Kashi Bar and Rice cakes 5. Oatmeal and 5 reese pieces heheh 6. Taco and beans :thumbup: and vitamins Total Eaten= 1351 Burned = 5295, ran for about a mile, and lifted.. plus very busy at work walked 4 miles just in 8 hours at work.

    Want to start running...need encouragement

    Hiya fellow runners.. Just read all the posts. I started running in June, was going to do c25k but i felt it was too easy for me at the beginning, always was a big girl but worked out, and i have been doing running intervals for years.. So I started by running 1.5miles then walked for 1.5 and little by little I am now up to 4 miles with no walking.. Once in a while i have to stop maybe once out of 10 runs or something.. I am doing my first 5k this coming weekend.. I signed up for a 10k too at the end of Sept but sure i am ready for that much but they said i could change to 5k as late as the day before. I have always wanted to run a 1/2 marathon, its on my bucket list (i am only 27 heheh) but I would really have to do one next year around this time, but lot of running programs for half marathons say you should be a runner for more then a year before starting the program.

    Like the kinda you buy by the lettuce? you can make homemade cole slaw with? do you eat that with some kinda of dressing?

    Past 5k race runners... How many days before your 5k was your last run? my 5k is next saturday.. I normal Run Tuesday, Thursday, Sat and Sunday.. Is it a good idea to run next thursday?

    08/17/10 1. 6 Chicken Nuggets Sm Waffle Fry and a BBQ at Chick-Fil A 575c 24 pro 2. Buffalo Strips, Salad with light Ilt. Dressing, Slice of Turkey 371c 27 pro 3. Baked Waffle Fries and ketchup and then Cookie Dough Bites :frown: 454cal 5 pro 4. 2 Tacos with Beans , Calicum Vit 430ca 19 pro Total Eaten = 1832 :cursing: Total Burned= 4520, walked 30 mins and 30mins of weight lifting.. Bad day.. Had a visit with my Dr today, he praised me for losing 14lbs in 6 weeks and then i ruin it with this day. But the good thing is, that after i ate the waffle fries and cookie dough bites I wanted to say Screw it and have a food fest but i didnt. So i am happy with that.. tomorrow is a new day..

Wont bother trying to remember what i ate..
