I'm just at the beginning of my journey. I checked my husband's insurance and mine and was devasted that neither covered the surgery. I'm not letting that get me down though. I know this is expensive but they way I see it is that it costs the same as a new car and those don't last forever. This will and it will finally give me what I've been missing for so long, my life.
