Mainly liquids...so far I've done Carnation Instant Breakfast (no sugar added), protein shakes, sugar free jello, boullion, low fat cream soups...I need to buy some sugar free yogurt. I was a diet coke addict, but so far I've done ok without it! How about you? What diet are you on? -

I am scheduled on the 10th. Started the pre op diet and so far not too bad! I have a bit of a headache, but I am sure that will go away. -

Hi! I have BCBS for Federal employees in Nebraska. Approval for me was a breeze. No supervised diet, etc. Approval from the time they received the paperwork was only 48 hours. -

Just curious- I have BCBS Federal as well. What are their requirements to cover? I know I need to call them, but thought I would wait until I attend my seminar on Thursday night. Thanks for any insight!

Hi! I am in Omaha and am "surgeon shopping". I am seriously considering Dr. Winterstein- I've heard good things about him. I am going to the required seminar on Thursday night. Are you still happy with him? Any advice? Thanks!
