Have struggled with this issue since I was a small child. You name it - I've tried it with dedication. My BMI has drifted between 32-35 most of my life. MIght not seem like much to some but it's been a difficult struggle -- the older I get the harder it is. My body is beginning to hurt and I'm becoming more and more lethargic where I was once quite active. This is a last resort
