Hi Vikki i see u too live in the A and Dr. Hart performed your surgery! Please share some secrets with this newbie. I was banded on 12-11 and doing pretty well but hate to become stagnate with the same ole routine. Can u help a sista out with some advice???? How soon did u start exercising????
