I know what you mean about the protein shakes! I'm more of a warm drink person! I just ordered a few different varieties that I can hopefully mix in with other foods so I can get my protein in. This morning I had a decaf coffee with the vanilla protein shake as a creamer. It was actually really good! I also heard u could use the chocolate as hot chocolate, but mine turned into a big lump in my cup! Purees are great!! Chicken, mashed potatoes and butternut squash, lentil soup, mmmm. Food again! Are you feeling full from our new smaller portions?
