I can't wait for yogurt! I'm still on all liquids. My dr. appointment is tomorrow and then I can start my pureed foods! So gross, but I'm excited! I checked out that website Bariatriceating.com and they have really good recipes - even one for black bean soup! Maybe that will kill that craving of yours! I did make a capaccino this morning with just a little coffee and my protein shake - it was actually really good. Even my kids wanted one! Hang in there pretty soon we'll be eating what we want (and hopefully, keeping down!!)LOL
