After several months of Pre-Surgery requirements I finally got banded on 7-28-09, starting weight was 205, 1st week total loss is 7 lbs. Post Op discomfort, gas pains mostly and difficulty sleeping for the 1st few days. Taking it easy and enjoying the ride!
