Hi every one Im on day 6 or my pre-op diet i am allowed one optifast for breakfast a healthy choice or lean cuisine for lunch and an opti fast for dinner so far im doing great ive lost 7.5 pounds in 6 days -
Hi, my name is Eren im 20 years old and currently attend Chaffey college almost done with my general and soon transferring to either UCLA or UCR not sure yet. Im a Psych majr minoring in Business Im scheduled for my surgery October 21st.. wooohoooo......lol.... wish me luck i start my pre op diet this coming week OPti FAst :smile2:
