I dont know if i am doing the right things. I had my surgery on sept. 27,2005. I started out out at 272lbs. since then i have yo-yo'd a little bit and am now down to 200lbs. Should'nt i have lost more weight then that? I feel like i am stuck and getting depressed. i have been drinking dunkin decaf coffee that is the only new thing I have been doing.. Could the decaf coffees im drinking be doing it?:help:
