I'm a type II diabetic who was told I had to loose 100 lbs or face dialysis in 2 to 3 years. I am motivated and supported by a loving wife, two daughters and soon to be two grandchildren. In Idaho, there are NO insurance companies that will cover surgery.I am on my second post-op day. Minimal pain and only problem is occasional gas cramps which resolve with walking.
