HELLO EVERYONE,:smile: JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT I HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD AND TRYING TO STICK TO THE PLAN THAT I HAVE FOR MYSELF BUT OMG IT'S SO HARD!!:w00t: I HAVE TO PUSH MYSELF A LITTLE HARDER!:mad2: MY HUBBY & KIDS WENT FOR A WALK TODAY 1 1/2 MILES & I WASN'T WINDED OR ANYTHING! I NEED TO DO MY EXERCISES AT HOME & WATCH MY AMOUNTS! I THINK I NEED A FILL!:huh2: THIS WILL ONLY BE MY SECOND FILL THE WHOLE 6 MONTHS I HAVE HAD MY LAP BAND IN! DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL OR HAVE FELT LIKE THIS?? :huh2: HUGS & SMILES JENN!:ohmy:

Okay who out there has over ate and get a horrible pain in the mid back?? It is like having a little button saying; STOP EATING YOUR SO FULL!! I have felt that pain for the 1st time today! Let me just say holy cow it hurts!! :eek: I didn't know what to do! I had to chew a piece of gum to get my tummy to relax. I went to the Dr. He told me DON'T OVER EAT! Has anyone else felt this or and I alone?? HELP!!!:thumbup: love & hugs Jenn!
