im doing good also i was banded aug 27 09 i started at 224 now im 177 ! its insane!! but im def lovong the band i need to post pics ! well u look great keep up the good work

Hi - 1st week has been pretty tough! Between the liquid diet and gas pains, it really stunk... I have been hungry and tired! But I went back to work yesterday and I feel great today - just a little sore at my insisions.
