    I live in your neck of the woods as well - in Santa Fe off of FM 2004. I am scheduled to have surgery this Friday and am starting to wonder if I am making the right decision. I work at UTMB and have heard horror stories about Dr. Gomez's fills. A couple of colleagues said that the pain is extremely excruciating. So be careful.
