I was banded in 2007. I have had very little instruction and direction in when and how many adjustments I am suppose to get. I have just gotten my 6th adjustment. Up until now my life has changed very little. All the changes I dreaded and expected after surgery never came. I have had my fairwell to food serveral times now, it has actually become a joke in my family. Monday July 27th, I got an adjustment that has been life changing. I am a full on bandster now!!! No solids so far and nothing but liquids until evening and I'm not hungry. Well, I have been a little hungry and some what fustrated, when I 've tried to eat. The food soft and/or solid has just been very irritating to the band, so I'm still sticking to warm liquids a few more days, before trying softs and solids again. I'm am so ready for weight loss and have struggled for the last 14yrs. SKINNY JEANS HERE I COME, lol
