thank u for the compliments...if u exercise hard and follow the rules in the begining ...ur post-up diet to a t...ur going to b at goal in no time...i was 29 when i was banded...ur age is definitely on ur side..4 the first 9 months after surgery...i power walked ...jogged and rode my bike...when i say power-walked...i mean it...no strolling...i added to my routine once a month...making my walks/jogs longer and longer...i lost most of my weight the first 9 months after surgery...in my 10th month i joined the gym...my routine is pretty harsh...and if u havent been exercising like i didnt prior to being banded i would start out walking
