Well I am glad for safety's sake you did what you did. And you will get back to where you need to be on your fills. And yes, control over eating is an AMAZING POSITIVE! So you are already doing great! I have been struggling with a mucous problem for the last 6 weeks. With the crazy weather and traveling, its no wonder. This has given me much grief on keeping some things down as well. But, I just recently got some new medicine for it, and had my fluoroscope done with my Doc. Everything is good. Says I will probably be at this volume for awhile since I am in the zone. Keep your head up girl. Keep exercising. And one fill at a time you will be where you need to be. BIG HUGS!!! And I know I have been bad too about keeping in touch : ( I will try to be better too. Take care:smile:

Hello All : ) Well I figure that its almost midnight my time here in Texas, and I don't think that my weight loss from now until morning will be much different. I lost 26 of my 30 pound Easter goal & am extremely happy with it. Thanks to all of you guys for doing these threads & sticking with it. I think it keeps me honest, and motivates me to try harder. I am now excited about my Mother's Day goal! I shall weigh in in the morning, I will post and let ya'll know if I weigh less than 187, lol. HAPPY EASTER EVERYONE!

Thanks Doll! I have been working hard. And I have got a lot of restriction too, to keep me in line, lol. Why did you get unfilled? Is everything okay? And I say, as long as you are losing, its all good. Be sure to get your band filled back up. It really is the key to its power. Take care of you!

Congratulations on your progress! That is an excellent goal for you then! 140 is my dream weight! I have never weighed less than 170....So I suppose that is mine! I would LOVE to be 170 by Mother's Day! : ) And the best Mother's Day gift I could give myself! :thumbup:

And mind you, I realize that my 20 lb goal in right about a month is a bit far-fetched, lol, but, that is the point to me. It's something I will have to bust my tail to reach. Which means, LOTS OF EXERCISE! Lets see just how close I can get!

Think I have been retaining water due to the lovely monthly joys of being a woman, weighed today and pooof : ) 2 more lbs gone : ) YAY! I am getting there! YES i am! And y'all are too! Keep going down everybody : )
