I am a week out of surgery and feel awesome, i've lost 20lbs in a week so far. However I am really having trouble sticking to the diet. I'm wondering how it's going to effect me if I stray a bit?

Hey all, Just had my band done 5 days ago and super excited about the new life ahead. No time really for group sessions so I thought I'd come aboard and ask questions or express thoughts and concerns on here to a much larger group of people in my own home!
