I am doing okay. It's been hard with the holidays and being so busy to stick to my diet. I am down only 41lbs which I wish was a higher number but I know that it's because I am not eating and exercising right. I plan to start my health diet and more exercise tomorrow. There have been so many temptations especially candy at work. It's driving me crazy. I see the doctor again on January 4th and I am going to ask him for a fill and hope to start loosing too. I need to see the scale to start moving so I can get motivated again.
