hey! i understand what you mean about the gas! mine went away yesterday. I think they had to fix a hernia on me as well, but I dont know for sure. I remember them saying something about it.. ill ask at my next appointment. how much have you llost so far? and do you have to do a week of clear liquids? I ate soup for the first time tonight.. Im not supposed to have that until Tues. oops. I hope your feeling better! ive been walking everyday for about 20-30 mins and it helps ALOT!
