Just white bread or buns. Everything else is ok so far.They make me kind of sick. I was banded in may 2010 and so far just have one adjustment. -

I use a Pill Crusher and it works just fine. I crush the pill and mix it with it yogurt. I tried pudding and it also works but I like yogurt best.
