Hi, I was banded Sept. 21 I have lost 56 lbs. I just had my third fill Jan. 28. I really think I have found my sweet spot! I walk 3 miles 5-6 days a week and I do the wii active. I feel better than I have in years. I love my band!! Sharie

Does anyone still go to the chiropractor after being banded? I really need to go but I am a little nervous. Thanks, Sharie

It is probably to late now, but I hope you went through with the surgery. I was banded 9-21-09 It was the best thing I have ever done for myself and my family!

Hi Everone, It has been one week today since my surgery. I am doing great, I have very little pain (have not taken any pain meds since wed.) Started pureed stage today ,could not eat all of one scrambled egg and I was full. I walk at least 30 min. a day. Gas is getting better. How are all the other sept. bansters doing?

Hi All, Had my surgery 9-21-09 at 7:30 came home today about 11:30. I have reached the banded side! Surgery went well, mild pain not to much gas yesterday but gas getting worse today. I feel a little hungery but not to bad. I am on clear liquids for 3 days then full liquid until day 7 I start purreed on day 8. Hope all new bansters are doing well. Sharie

I just wanted to say congrats to all who have had there surgeries so far this month! You all are an inspiration for the rest of us. This forum has helped me so much in preparing for my surgery. Most people don't understand what we are going through so its nice to know I can come here and be supported and understood. Sept 21 will be the fisrt day of my new life! And I am ready! Sharie

Ariane, we are being banded on the same day! I will start my liquid pre-op diet Monday. I am not looking forward to the diet, but I am ready to start my new life as a bandster!
