I have lost a total of 20 lbs since surgery with a total of 42 lbs. Yeah, I'm happy I haven't been in a 18 since I started nursing school over 2 years ago. Hang in there! I have my days as well where I have no restriction, but I work nights and I find that I am more restricted at night and in the morning. My next fill is on the 26th. When is yours? -

I'm great. I'm down a total of 42 lbs as of today. My weightloss has slowed, only lost a lb last week and a lb this week so far. But I am happy overall with my progress. Your first fill will be fine. I had mine 3 weeks ago and it was no problem whatsoever. Good luck.

Hi y'all. Just wanted to check in with everyone. I started back to work and have been very busy, but doing well. Only lost a lb last week, but that's ok. At least it's something. I also fit into a 18. I went and put some clothes on layaway. Size 16s and hoping they will fit by the time get them out. Well will check in soon. Take care. -

Just a quick post today because I have a busy day. I tried on a pair of 18 jeans yesterday and they fit, so happy. Took some pictures and will post them as soon as I can. I'm also down to 231, which makes 42 lbs lost total. I agree with Colorado hunger is down although I don't have restriction except for in the mornings, well off to the gym. Take care. -

You are an inspiration to me as well. Started my pre-op diet 8/1/2009 and had surgery 9/1/09 and already down 40 lbs, so I'm hoping I can lose as fast as you, hoping to get to 140 but will be happy at 160. -

Haven't started running yet, just walking on treadmill and bicycle, and elliptical and light strength training. Turning up my workout a notch tomorrow. You will absolutely make your goal and probably more. Good luck!

Woke up this morning and down 2 lbs since yesterday, so that is a total of 3 lbs this week, so that is good. Hope everyone has a great Sunday. -

Just wanted to post real quick. I am feeling a little more restriction than before the fill especially in the morning. Now I know why people have their protein shakes in the morning. I only lost a pound this week but I only exercised 3 days this week as well, just haven't felt like it. Next week is a new week though and I will start it off with a bang. Well hope all is well. I only have 2.7 cc's and I really don't feel a difference but we will see when I start back on soft foods. -
