    I'm a busy mom and found out that I get better results from DVD's than the gym. My favorites at the moment are The biggest loser DVD's and Jillian Michael's DVD's. I tell you Jillian's workouts are short compared to others but I tell you she will work you. They are great. I also like the Walk away the pounds videos. I have asked my husband for Chalean extreme for Christmas, so we will see. I hope this helps.

    Second one has worked better and longer I believe. I definetaly have some restriction, I just feel hungry sometimes between meals and hopefully this next fill will help with that. Going to post some new pictures. Everyone should check them out. Oh the scale moved today. 219 finally. Happy about that.

    I'm still stuck at 220 as well. 2 lbs away from my Thanksgiving goal. Hopefully it will come off before then. Been more hungry this week, scheduled for a fill on the 23rd. Take care.

    That's fantastic. I am also doing well so far although I still can eat pasta, rice and things like that as long as I chew them well, although I try to limit them. I'm eating the same amount as you and am happy to say that I have lost 7 lbs since I got my fill two weeks ago. I also hope that everyone is doing well.:smile:

    I know me too! I am now at 5.5 cc and I can tell the difference, I mean I go sometimes hours without feeling hungry. It's great! I hope the scale starts to move for you as well.

    I agree. 1-2 lbs a week is great. That is what I have been losing the last few weeks. Although last week I lost 4 but I did get a fill as well. Hope all is well.

    Wanted to post quickly before I head to work. Still holding at 227 which is frustrating because I have been on liquids all week from my fill. The only thing I can think of is when I am on liquids I only get about 800 calories and maybe my body is in starvtion mode and not letting go of any weight, so now that I'm back on foods and getting in more calories maybe it will start to move again. I hope. I've been exercising, so that is definetly not the problem. Well hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Take care.

    Recieved my second fill on Monday and I am at a total of 5.5 ccs. I have been on liquids and today is the first day that I have been hungry. Can't wait to start on solids to check out the restriction. Haven't lost any weight since last week although I have been on that time of the month this week, so we will have to wait and see.

    Hello all. I have found out this week that I lose better doing exercises at home doing exercise videos than at the gym. I have been doing different ones and work up more of a sweat so I think that is what I am going to do instead of the gym, thank goodness I have no contract. Down another 2 lbs! Where is everyone, it has been quite the last few days. Hope everyone is doing ok.

    I've had the same hunger problem today although I have been able to control the eating part better. Just can't wait til Monday.

    I feel like I ate well more than I should of tonight but I was truly hungry, not head hunger but real hunger and I didn't even get full, I'm telling you, I can't wait till I get another fill. I just want to be able to eat about a cup of food 3 times a day and be satisfied with that and not be hungry in between. Well going to exercise now. Need to burn off the extra calories.

    Hi everyone. Had my 2nd post-op visit yesterday and it went well. He was impressed with my progress so far and so am I. Will go for my second fill next week. Can't wait for that. I did end up losing 2 lbs last week, which is good. As long as I can lose 2 every week I will be happy. Well how is everyone else?

    I agree. Just keep it clean. When is your next appt with your surgeon? If the drainage turns color or starts to smell bad or the incision gets red and warm to the touch, just call your surgeon and let them know what is going on.

    I do work nights but I don't know if that has anything to do with it, because I am tighter in the mornings as well, just like before I started back to work. I have noted the tightness when I eat my dinner at around 1 in the morning, so pratically it is in the early morning. Who knows?

    They put 2.7 cc's in but said I had some stenosis around the stoma which is causing a little more of a restriction around the stoma. I know how you feel about the restriction. I feel that I could still eat more although I am still less hungry and am able to stop when I am satisfied instead of stuffing myself. We are doing fine and hopefully with the next fill we will feel like we are out of the dangerzone of overeating. About exercise, I have days that I have to make myself exercise but I do it for at least 30 minutes everyday. I try to do different things everyday to keep my body guessing what I am going to do next. Take care and remember that we can do this.
