It's a lot better. I still get bloated in the evenings sometimes but the swelling is gone. I think it took a little over a week to go all the way down.
Yeah, kinda sorta. I try to stick to softer foods. Had some chicken last night and I had indigestion and some nausea today no vomiting so I think I will wait another week or two before I try that again. Handle ground beef fine though. 20lbs that's great. I've lost 34. We are doing good.
I was up and about the same day. You just have to take it easy but you need to walk, walk, walk, for two reasons: you don't want a DVT and it helps the gas pains.
