I wish I could have come--my weekends are so busy. I feel great! Dr. Spivak is a really good dr, I am not having any of the hardships that others on the board talk about and I have to think most of it comes from having such an experienced doctor. The only problem is, I have only lost 5 pounds!! I look forward to meeting both of you one day soon!
