What to say, well I have been overwieght for most of my adult life. When I was teenager/young adult I was very skinny 145 lbs @ 5-11. So I know what it is like to be skinny, so you know what you are missing out on. I have tried diets over the years with good luck for about 3 months and then I go back to my "Old Ways" slowly but surely and put back on the weight plus a few more. I have CAD and Diabeties (no meds as I can keep it in check for the most part). I have given up smoking about 15 years ago cold turkey and have not touched one since, started and run very successful businesses but why can't I beat this weight problem? I know I have the will power but I can't figure out why I go back to my old ways. Well now I'm not giving me the choice to go back to my old ways. I don't want to go back to those old ways, I'm looking forward to a new healther longer life. Kinda seem ironic to risk your life to extend your life (and the quality of you life) but with all things in life there are risks. The waiting truely is the worse part I think, all the what ifs going though your head. Also makes you come face to face with your mortality. Any chance of death greater than 0 out of anything is higher than I want it to be. Well everyone wish me luck, and with some luck my life will begin!!!!!!!
