I am a 37 year old married police offier.  I have been heavy my entire life but after quitting smoking in 2007 i gained 130lbs in 12 months.  I got to the point I was in sever pain in my back, leg, and feet all the time.  I have trouble breathing.  I have a very active 3 year old that I want to be around for and be able to take to the zoo(he loves the zoo).  My wife and I were able to refinance our home and ge the money to pay for the surgery.  It is schedualed for Aug 10 2009!
