Well Hello and Welcome to LapBandTalk, i'm Alicia and will say that you have definately came to the right website. from my experience here everyone is nice, helpful and very friendly. there are several forums on here that can relate to what ever you are going through. including those who self paid and had their surgery done in Mexico. there are plenty of progress pictures and friends to keep you inpsired and motivated to get to your goal. it's a process and can be slow at times you will need to keep up the motivation and determination the entire way through. if you fall one day just pick up the next day and start over again. for me it was worth it and i have no regrets. keep me posted and welcome
