I have wanted to get the lap band for many years now, but do to insurance not covering it I had gave up o the possibility of ever getting one, that is until January of this year my insurance said it would cover it . I completed the 6 month req for insurance with a weight loss Dr. submitted papers to ins on 7/20/09
