arn't smoothie's just protien shakes? with optional flavors, I found a site that sells a variety of of Protein flavors, but also need a small hand held mixer, shakers just dont get the powder taste gone. just seen your post about seeing dr. snyder, i had surgery with him nov. 6, 2009. lapband, he is considered the best, i even had another surgen here in grand junction refer me to him even, for me his office is so far away, although im going to do the drive next friday for a fill of my band. gerald
