I'am currently in the process of trying to get approved for the lapband surgery. I have been trying since Feburary or March of this year. Just as I had completed the blood tests, EKG, abdominal and pelvic ultrasound, psychiatric evaluation, chest -ray, etc; my employer switched Health insurance coverage from HealthNet to Blue Shield of CA. Now it seems like Iam in complete limbo.  The facility where I was supposed to have the procedure is unsure of what to do and so am I. I keep getting redirected to different people and the customer service reps from Blue Shield keep repeating the same thing to me, which I don't think should apply to me because I have recently completed everything they now want me to go through again. I am exhausted.
