Hey love. Hmmm, some snacks that I eat - I like the protein bars by Special K or Atkins. They are a little high in calories, but it is full of protein and other good nutrients. Some low cal snacks are pickles, cucumbers, celery (I can't really have a lot of these though). Ooh, one i do a lot while I'm at work is sunflower seeds cuz it keeps my mouth busy. Hope that helps. 13 pounds more til 100 lost!!!!
