Hey lady. Well you look great and your hard work shows! Isn't spin class the best?! Love it. I love my protein shakes. Doc told me that maybe I should lay off them a bit since they go right through the band, but I know I'm not getting a lot of protein and nutrients otherwise, so I'm sticking with it if nothing else, for that. He said just ot make sure I eat protein at every meal, but sometimes I dont and either way, I'm not getting enough in me. One meal wont kill me. He said the same, he said it just doesnt do anything to fill me and thats why he doesnt suggest protein shakes. Each doc is diff. He tells me so may diff things than my original surgeon did (he moved). I think every body is different and you have to find what works for you. Glad to hear you're doing well
