    My 14 day pe-op diet starts the day after Thanksgiving. My doctor recommends having a protien shake for Breakfast and lunch then a small low/no carb regular dinner. He recommends this diet plan to all of his patients to not only reduce the size of the liver but the stomach as well. Good Luck!

    My surgery date is December 11th! I'm super excited to get the process started! I start the pre-op diet the day after Thanksgiving...no leftovers for me!
