Fallen Off The Progress Train.. HELP!!

You and me both girl! We even weigh the same, lol. I was Banded just a week ago and I only lasted 4 days. I'm good when I'm home by myself but as soon as everyone comes home the food comes out. I was leaving the room at first then I nibbled and now I just eat. I'm even hoping I didn't screw anything up in there because I feel indigestion like I never had before. We just need to get back to basics, water and shakes. The Myoplex is like pudding when you mix it in a blender. Tell me what you think?
  2. I think my stomach is hitting my ribs. My port is on my right. On my left side I feel like a strained muscle but its not, I think its my stomach. Its goes from under my boob down and around my ribs to my shoulder blade. What could this be? I cant sit down, there's pressure. I can't turn, its pulls. I can't lean over, it hits. What could this be?

  4. I have a confession. I was banded on August 3rd. My doc told me water/broth/protein shakes for 3 weeks after. Its just his policy I guess. I cheated! Not only once but many times. I've been eating since my 4th day post-op. Nothing major really, just when I have to feed my kids and husband I steal a bite here and there. I chew really well so nothing gets stuck but when something goes down rough I just drink water and it goes right through. My husband thought it'd be a good idea to maybe get some won-ton soup for the broth to add some flavor to what I am stuck eating. I ate a won-ton. I need to stop. I have 2 weeks left until I go back for my 3 week check-up. I have to stop eating real food, but I am so hungry. I have no idea when I'm supposed to feel full. I haven't gotten sick or anything. I just need to stop. Also, I haven't been able to pass gas or go #2 for about 2 weeks, 1 week pre-op and 1 post-op. Ever since I cheated, I've been tooting up a storm and today I went #2. I need to stick with my directions, I feel bad I cheated but I'd still be starving and constipated if I hadn't.

I'm not sure if its gas or heartburn or maybe I'm full. I think I got rid of the gas from surgery, oh what a killer that was, right between my shoulder blades and boobs. But now the only time I feel chest pain is when I drink something. I don't know if I'm gassy or its heartburn or maybe I'm just full. Its been 5 days and now I'm starting to feel hungry. My tummy has been angry at me cause its been growling. I can't "feed it" because then I get the chest pain. As far as the surgery, I don't have anymore pain or soreness, its just getting itchy where the cuts are. You think if we were to get that Mederma stuff it would heal with no scars?
  8. Hey everyone, I was banded on the 3rdand came home on the 4th. I'm assuming that after 3 days this pain in my chest is still gas. It comes and goes. I'm trying to get in my walking but I am so tired. I don't really need the pain meds anymore, I just feel sore not painful. I think because I am sleeping so much I am dehydrated which is making me sleep even more. I don't know how to break this cycle.
  9. August 3rd here! Everything is done, just doing the protein diet and should be good to go.
