Everything is going good. I havent lost any weight in Nov but I havent gain any.But I really havent been going to gym but my total weight is about 33 pounds.So I guess that is good for me.

Hey Jenny! Thanks for following and letting me know! I am not a very good role model for working out. When I am working out on my regular schedule, we go twice a week to interval bootcamp training. Once, I worked out 5 times in a week...but I don't work out as much as I should! About two weeks after getting banded, I started walking and worked up to 3 miles and did my first 5k ever two months after getting banded...but havent done another one since How is everything with you going?

How is it going? I had a virus the beginning of the week.last tues. @ my md visit i stepped on the scale 185.on wed. At home on scale 171.i hope that now i can keep it off.i'm paranoid about gaining ot back.even though it was an unhealthy loss.

OMG!!!! And you are down 90 lbs that is GREAT!!!! I just had mines 10/1 so I hope I can be down 90 lbs in 5 mos. Keep up the good work!!! Do you work out alot and watch what you eat?

as soon as i was able to eat solids again...i ate out of those bowls...i'm a year out and still eating out of them...congrats on ur surgery!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I was looking at your pictures and I so amaze of your progress. I have a few questions if you dont mind. I just go band 10/1/09 and I lost 11 pounds in 2 weeks which is good to me. But I was wondering after your surgery did you start eating out of the bowls you took pictures of?

My sister had the bypass over 10 yrs ago when they acyually did surgical incision.she says that i am doing good. And that 50lbs in 1 year is the norm.so why do some people lose 80 or more. That makes me feel abnormal.
