Other than that, I was gaining weight, but following the paper I was given. I found out I am taking in carbs and that's a no-no in the first year. Funny thing? The nurse could not find a more updated sheet of what to eat for me. She just said to avoid the yogurt smoothie and mashed potatoes. I'm going to be more careful now.
