I have been married for about 9years now, and I have a 4yr old little girl. I was trying to get pregnant again and wasn't able to concieve. My doctor told me that being obese can also make you have infertility issues. I was so dissapointed. I began my journey to lose weight. I tried weight watchers and many other forms of weight loss that only helped me lose 20-30 pounds. I became desperate and began to research surgical methods of weight loss. I found out that by doing the lap band I had a greater  chance of lossing more weight , be healthy and also have the family I want. I was banded on July 21. 2009!! I am so excited and ready to start my weightloss journey. Being healthy is my ultimate goal:)
