i was banded going on 2 wks now i have been thorugh the ups and downs thinking i have done sumthing crazy cause it was so hard doing the diets and all but does seems to be a little better now. can u give me any advice on whats good to do to boost my weight lost i mean i really want this to work right now it seems to be at a stand still, the only thing on my list to eat right now is grits, and yogurt, and like protein drinks but im hungry on that. i will be happy next i can start on soft meats.
