I have had 2 fills now...I am down 38 lbs and feeling great...size 24 to start now I am in a 20...a they are a little big!!! How about you?

I was banded on Aug. 26th Can't wait to be able to eat even the mushies...I think the 10 day clear liquid diet for pre-op and now these 2 weeks of liquid are a bit long...but we did this to ourselves and now this is our chance to fix it and be healthy. Yes me also as well as 99 % of the people that have gone through it I would say. I had 10 days of clear liquids then banded then 1 day clear liquids and now am doing 2 weeks of liquids. Blended soups, V8 things like that...I just want some real food :-) But that is part of our sacrifice for a better healthy life...so I would say well worth it we just gotta get through it and soon enough it will be over.:biggrin: -
Wow Linda you look great...and great weight loss in a short period. I started out at 293 and was banded on Aug. 26th...so far lost 23 but most of that was pre-op. What have you been doing that has given you such success? If you don't mind me asking. Thanks a bunch

I am gonna be banded on the 26th...I am there with ya on these headaches they suck big time...I am on a full liquid diet though and man it sucks not have anything solid...but hey we can do it...we are strong!!!! -
