ok, i'm hating this whole thing! I'm actually wishing I hadn't gotten this thing. I love food. Today is my third day post op on clear liquids. I want to eat everything I see. I can't imagine a life without food! How did you all get through this?

If you have less weight to lose that causes it to come off more slowly?

i was wrong. my band date is oct 6th 2009. i'm not good today. i'm SUPPOSED to be doing the sugar busters. i'm kinda half doing it. i feel like i'm going to be a failure with this band. wondering why i'm even doing it.

Hi, Ladybird---what day is your surgery? Mine is the 5th of October. excited!!

SO excited! I'm flying over to Georgia to be banded October 6th. I found the Ocotober 2009 banders on the October 2008 blog. Don't ask me how. But I'm glad to have found all you guys.

I see many of you had your surgery last year....2008, but I'm an Ocotober bander set for Oct. 5th 2009....less than 2 weeks away!!! i'm incredibly excited about this, but i'm struggling on the pre diet sugar busters diet. From what I see you veterans sharing it'll definitely be worth it.....

I am on day 2 of the pre-op diet. My doctor has me doing the Sugar Busters. I'm definitely getting enough to eat....I am TIRED beyond belief though and have had a headache for two days. My surgery is October 5th.
