Thought I would send you a little message of support. If you are not filled to the sweet spot you are struggling too much. Yes there is work and behavior change but the worst of it is in between needed fills. I needed a fill for two months and couldnt get one due to work travel and I feel I really suffered just to maintain my weight...I could eat ANYTHING and if I had good willpower well I prob wouldnt have had to fork out a ton of cash ( yes, self pay!) for this band!!Now I got two fills just about ten days apart and I am so thankful to only be able to eat tiny meals...otherwise PAIN and slime!!! Also, I really dont exercise much and when I am good on the fill I still lose...hope this is helpful, good luck..Diane
