I'm 59, and I am thinking seriously about my health now that I am edging up to 60 (next year). I have been a yo yo dieter for years. i always tell people I should have never gone on a diet because every time I do I gain it all back plus 10-20. I have always had a bad bad body image problem. Even at 132 pounds years ago, I thought I was fat. I'd be right in style now days with the way women's butts are enjoyed!!!I was a nurse (LPN) for 25 years, working in hospital and medical offices. I loved my career, but got so burned out. We made a major move from Southern California to Central Oregon in 2000. This was a very mixed time for me. I wanted so much to move here, but I had to leave the grandson and my 2 adult children. My daughter moved up here two years ago and is living with us. I have been on every diet you can think of, just like everyone here. I have no problem losing weight, it's the gaining back that is easy for me too.I finally decided this year i have to do something besides just another diet. That is why I am here and starting my journey in to bandster land. It's so hard to find a "before" picture of me, since I hardly ever was in one. I willhave to have my DH take one of me.
