Cream soups were my crutch - cream of chicken, cream of broccolli, cream of mushroom(strained), ..they actually give you a full feeling - and they are warming - unlike shakes ... -

Ask if you can have clear protein drinks. Protein blitz comes in grape and punch flavors. they look like crystal light but the proein in them actually fills you up a bit and they are healthy. ... they got me through 3 weeks of liquids ... just keep thinking to the future - you'll get through it ... if i did - anyone can ... -
