Woke up this morning with bad diarrhea (sorry tmi) this is the first time since surgery besides when I took MOM in the beginning. ...it was so bad I didn't eat anything this am not even a shake then at 1 I made a scrambled egg went down fine and now I'm nauseous ughhhh not a good day ....wait one good thing happened I am FINALLY in the 200's...... 299 this am HW 363lbs SD 4/16/13 CW 299lbs

Crossing my fingers I don't get sick....I have been dying for some milk I haven't had since my surgery except half a sip maybe 3 times ...well I just poured about 1/2cup and drank the whole thing ..it was 2% ....yikes anyine else drink 2% milk since surgery ? So I iust hot home from my "camping" trip and I was too scared to try that smores I was craving instead I did have a little chocolate and a bite of a Graham cracker and it did the trick lol ....I was surprised to see I lost 3lbs while in hershey pa ! I just got home from vacation to my package from u and OMG I LOVE everything in it .....you really went above and beyond the poem and the card was so nice and to put something special in there for my daughter was so thoughtful she is in bed cause we had a long trip home and so she didn't get to see it but I'm sure she's gonna love the book and coloring book and crayons ...Also all the tupperware is awesome I have been wanting the little pill type holders (the mini dishes)its sunny cause when I was a kid my mom sold tupperware so I grew up loving it all lol ..
