Ok so I have to share I bought some protwin samples from nashua nutrition and the bariatric advantage ones are soooo good...the other day I had the chocolate one I put it in the blender with a small scoop of crushed ice and 2TBSP of PB2 chocolate peanut buttet spread and 4 slices of frozen banana I originally froze for banana bread but since I cany eat banana bread I put it in shake and omg it came out just like a really good milkshake with 31g protein. ..then just now I wanted something sweet but needed more protein si I did the same but with banana bariatric advantage protein and again 31 g protein and delicious! Also they sell these bbq protein chips and they are really good too HW 363lbs SD 4/16/13 CW 317lbs

Dorian congrats about the LTD and your son doing well in surgery continued prayers! We are on our first vacation since my surgery and so far are having a great time we went for a nice dinner at the lobster pot and they were great...they let me order a lobster tail on the side so it was much cheaper than a full meal that I wouldn't be able to eat and I ate my hubbies veggies it was soooo good and I felt good afterwards I ate just the right amount then we came back to the hotel and went for a night swim in their heated outdoor pool ....my daughter loved it and then she passed right out when we put her in her pack and play lol she keeps saying "I have so much fun" tomorrow is great escape and the water park ...it feels good to be able to do so much more than I have in the past year or so ...def loving life right now !!! Ong I feel so sick I had salad for dinner and it went down great and about 20 min later I started feeling nauseas I took zofran but it won't go away after...I alsi realized a few min ago last time I ate salad the same thing happened ...ugghh hate feeling sick anyone else have this happen with salad ? My husband does a lot of the same crap lol clothes NEVER make it in the hamper he always throws them at the end of bed it drives me crazy...he also never puts things back in the medicine cabinet like his shaving cream it would only take an extra 2 seconds he leaves dishes piled in the sink will walk over something that fell on the floor instead of picking it up and leave empty cups all around lol he does help clean if I ask but I have to ask ...before we had our daughter we both worked fulltime but I did most of the cleaning and cooking then too now I stay home with her but as any other stay at home mom knows it is a job and u never get a day off I complain and nag him but at the end of the day he's a great husband and steps up when needed but like most men he loves to be taken care of and if he can get away with it he will keep doing it lol Sent from my SCH-I535 using RNYTalk

Tonight I made a salad with leftover turkey my husband smoked the other day (its sooo good ) and I'm supposed to eat 3 oz salad and 3 oz protein plus I'm allowed an additional 3oz of veg but I've never made it past 6oz total food usually I can't finish the 6oz haha but tonighy was yhe first time I've had a salad as my dinner and holy cow 3oz of salad is A LOT!!
